• 4 Stroke Husqvarna Motorcycles Made In Austria - About 2014 & Newer
    FE = 4st Enduro & FC = 4st Cross

  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

FE/FC Too cheap to pass up

Husqvarna
AA Class
This bike was not my first choice. I was thinking 2 stroke. It happened like this. I was cruising through crags list which I often do looking at Huskys for sale. When I came across this 2015 FC 250 in Montana. Remembering how much I miss my 2013 Tc 250r I thought why not and its e-start. So I called the owner and asked why so cheap? whats wrong with the bike? He assured me nothing was wrong with it he just didn't ride it since he moved to Montana and he had no place to put it and was tired of paying a storage unit for it.I said if its everything you say I will buy the bike. Next day a friend and I made the trip from WA state to Montana to get the bike. Thank God he was a man of his word and held the bike for me. I knew the bike was rough around the edges but the price was unbelievable. What surprised me even more was the aftermarket goodies that were on it.
1. Fox Podium Rc3 shock
2. 270 big bore kit
3. FMF 4.1 exhaust
4.Warp 9 foot pegs
5. SRT radiator guards
6. ARC flex levers
7. TM design works chain guide
8. FLU design seat cover.
Heres what the Fc looked like the day I got it home.

Funny comment about the orange sprocket! Doesn't seem to work on the Husky. Oddly, I've put blue sprockets and random other bits on KTM and they look great! Must be KTM's orange-and-blue heritage from way back.
