Hey!
Two days ago I rode my husky with pleasure in St. Petersburg, beautiful view from the bridges, early morning, few cars, great time for a motorcycle.
At the next stop, at a traffic light, I noticed that the engine idle speed shows 1200-1250 rpm, the standard is 1650-1700 rpm.
The sound of the engine remained standard, no knocks, no peas.
After a couple of minutes, the engine stalled and would not start again.
I called a tow truck and took the motorcycle to the workshop.

I did all the necessary tests and checks, there is a spark on the candle, the gas pump buzzes, after I measured the compression, the value turned out to be very low 2.4 atm.
Disassembly was carried out, the camshaft cams were ok, the timing chain was ok, the gaps between the cams and the tokers were ok, after that I removed the head of the engine block.

The piston, despite the presence of a small carbon deposit, was intact, but had a crack.
