• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

the GATOR said hello...and goodbye!

Holy smokes! Congrats! That was fun to watch. How's that x-lite motor holding up so far?

Oh yeah...That was great. Do we have another little Parker or Carr in the making??? I loved the way he put his head down & worked up through the pack & once in front he was off!!! Good Luck to you guys.

Nice riding!!! He showed some serious patience for a couple of laps and owned that guy on the ouside inside move.

We're very pleased with the bike,it handle awesome and the motor is a great little powerhouse,i change the oil after every raceday,
it does run a lot better with the full Jardine exaust, the bike is perfect for a small rider like Dalton,it also look good,I must said that
I am proud of showing up with such a nice bike and very happy of it's performance because I didn't know what to expect of that
bike that I never see perform at the racetrack before,I kind a feel of be part of a making! so many people stop and ask questions
about it and are amazed about the all deal,I think We will see more Husky at the races in the near future, The only thing is I had
to fabricate My own 14 teeth f. sprocket because it's a must for Us and the factory never deliver even it is a parts catalog item
I wouldn't go desert race without it of dirt track(long track) believe Me its like day and night.
I wish I had a 2nd motor for R&D.to make it breath some more!
Dalton got to work His start till then and will be hard to beat anywhere.
