• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Team France does it again at the MXoN !

France really earned it this year, last year they really got very lucky. NLD would have gotten it and deserved it if not for their 250 rider getting injured. Too bad the US riders didn't do better, but still great racing right down to the last laps.

I keep hearing excuses, too this, not enough that, and other reasons from our side....this is bullshit. At this moment the USA riders are not the at the cream of the crop, fact.
Also it seems to amateur me, that they in this case are not digging deep enough into their minds.
The guy that I'm super proud of is Lupino he is a very humble lad and just a plain nice guy, he stepped up big time for team Italia and came so close to winning this with the Azzurri, Tony almost went to tears knowing his miscue probably cost them the cup this year. Ale also gets the Mamola award for best save!!
France has that team thing down bigtime as displayed at the world cup and now here at the MXoN, I have always been a big fan of the Big Guy Paulin and he played the team game perfectly as their "captain" . This was a brilliant display. Last but not least at all---those 2 Oranje team guys are freaking insane in their ability and in their mind game Coldenhoff and Herlings amazing. And Viva Espana on the 250F floating over everything Prado**************************************** Brilliant!!

the 3rd Dutchman Calvin Vlaanderen has a picture of his eye up on the internet. It is scary, I hope it heals right. all the white part is blood red his pupil completely dilated (perhaps medically) and his black hole is red with blood inside his eyeball. Or it's his lens area. I understand why he was held back by the med staff. Here I found it.
