• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Hello, new in here, I’m thinking on buying a TE570 in the next month, I was looking for some information about and it seems to be a good choice, what do you think about the bike?

I was also wondering how difficult is to find parts for it? I have been looking around and appears that the TE570 have not too much aftermarket parts for it, it’s possible to fit other model parts (maybe 510 or 610) to the T570 for example plastics, pistons?

How difficult is to maintain it? How expensive are parts for husqvarnas compare to other brands (Honda, Yamaha).

Thanks for your help

Jeff

I'm not 100% positive but I think in 2000 the TE610 turned in to the TE570 and then they introduced the TE610E. I'm pretty sure the frame and motors arethe same to you should be able to fit parts from an earlier 610. Again, I'm not 100% positive though.

if i am not mistaken Husqvarna only makes the te 450 and te 510.
husabeg makes a fe 570 and if that is the bike you are thinking of check this site out for parts. http://offroadboss.com/
Actually around 2000 I believe Husqvarna changed the 610 to a 570 and came out with the TE610E. I'm not sure how long the 570 was around for once they made the switch.

That's true in the 2001 Husqvarna made a transition to the new generation of bikes introducing the TE 570 until 2002 (maybe 2004 in some markets) and I think the old TE 610 was on the market until the 2004 when the new TE 610 arrived, model that was based in the TE 570.

come on where are the TE 570 owners? I know there are a few in the forum.

I think this is the evolution....

Thanks I think that maybe some parts of the TE610 2004 would fit but not sure.

Anyone else? No one has something to say?

I've got a TE 570 SMR. Apparently released as a "Limited Edition" in Australia. Very fun bike. Took it to my local Husky Dealer last week and he told me he hadn't seen one in years. Plenty of power and handles really well. I just need to learn how to ride it properly!
