• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Thanks goodness. I didn't want to be the only Husky there. I saw that Mandy Mastin was on 115. I figured she would have gotten her entry in much earlier. I didn't see Cody Mastin listed.

I had mine in around 805pm and still got row 77. I'm a newb to this stuff, I figured that is why I ended up where I am. Of course, it's less people that have to pass me.

I'm Excited. Been working out . Have my new 167cc top end on my WR150. New pipe going on Saturday. Watch out !

Go Get 'em Dwight.
I will be watching later on MAV-TV......No more repeats of the hill tumble o.k.

Maybe consider putting Nungessers logo on your bike and mount some cross hairs on you bars and go after the pesky "Flying Orange Circus"!

Bike is prepped and ready to head south tomorrow. Bolted up a new gnarly and freshly packed silencer, now all that it needs is some wonderful South Carolina sand. Hope to see some other Huskys Sat/Sun!

How about all the Huskysat Sumter**************************************** What a freaking awesome race, all those smooth sand sections! My first time in B class at a national race, and I didn't come in last in class so Im happy. God I love my WR****************************************!!

I only met the ground 3 times over the course of the race so I deem that a success in itself.

A50+ isn't anywhere listed in the overall standings. A or B or plain Overall. I had a very mediocre ride. Got lost a couple times and fell once in every section at least once. Roots hidden in pine straw and sand. GOTCHA !

How did your 167 run

Bike ran great. Drank a bit more fuel than expected but I think that may have been a result of the sand whoops. Going to lower the Float 2mm. I think I have it set now at 12mm. I heard you could go to 16mm. I felt like the bike was slightly overgeared (like maybe 1 tooth on rear). But, I was unable to try the new pipe. Walt thought I had a 09 frame and I have an 11 frame. So rear mount was in wrong place. He says that the pipe make a big difference in how it pulls down low and mid range.

I do believe that young Mr. Craig Delong, 3rd overall B and 1st in 200 B was aboard a 2012 CR125...

Good ride and congrats to all!!
