  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Suggestions for 2011 te310 suspension setup.

Tim Randall

Husqvarna
AA Class
Hey guys,
Just looking for some suggestions on clicker settings for my 2011 te310

I have had the springs changed to suit my weight 85kgs with gear roughly :P also done the oil and seals (5w oil)
I have set the sag on the rear. Can't remember measurement, but it was what the guy who supplied springs told me, what measurement do you guys aim for and ill check mine to that :)

I am happy with the bike but am wondering if it could be better :)

Cheers, Tim

Yea 5wt 120mm high

Set up bike to the link, tinkered with the clickers and made it sooooo good****************************************! Still a bit of tinkering still, but it's 90% there :)
I'm amazed at how much difference I would see :)
Cheers

start here:
http://www.cafehusky.com/threads/vinduros-suspension-setup-recommendations.17836/ How much oil in the forks/what level, suggest start at 120mm and you can add more through the bleeder if required to stop bottoming out, 5wt is what I used to run and 110mm in the forks.

I used the Vinduros formula. With it I found I had to go UP two weights on the rear springs and DOWN two weights on the fork springs. I can't get over how well my suspension works now.
