Maybe someone can clarify this further for me...
I already have the X ring on the clutch slave piston ... lasted about 5 years. Clutch gave up - reservoir empty, so I am sure the x ring failed and needs to be replaced. The clutch slave cover may need to be replaced as well. I'll probably just go ahead and do the Zip-Ty / 7602 Racing upgrade.
So, now I have mineral oil in my crankcase. I of course just did a filter and oil change with good quality synthetic oil. I read on another post here that mineral oil is potentially harmful to the motor - is that the case? Do I need to change the crankcase oil?
