• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Here's what I've been using since new - the stock rear fender supplied with the power-up kit. I got tired of taking off my turn signals every time I was planning on a serious dirt-ride, so I put on LED strip lights and haven't had one rip off yet in 2 years. I had to replace the flasher relay to get the flashing rate slowed down to the correct speed. Notice the LED bolt light for the license plate - seems many are using them now.
I included 1 photo of the front turn signal too.
I really like your setup. Can you send me the list of parts and where you purchased them for all the lights and signals as well as the license late holder? My email address is monsterkami@gmail.com . Any installation tips are welcome as well. Many thanks in advance. Kamran

Hi. Does anyone knows what are the parts number of this original husqvarna fender and led tail light?

Anyone done a tail tidy on a 511 or 449?

I hate the OEM one but haven't come across a solution to it yet.

I just took the stock black part off and mounted the plate to he white part. Simple. Then added small LED blinkers.

I ride almost exclusively on the street and do loads of hooligan stuff so I need something that looks a bit more street legal than that. Dont wanna give the coppers anything more to throw at me than I can avoid.

Here you go, This is a street legal led taillight. It is also available with a smoked lens. This light is identical to the stock light that comes from the factory.
