PHX is over and done with. Could there be a changing fo the guard on the horizon???
Well, what do you all think? Some are doing the expected, right? While others, well, not so much.
Gotta be honest, I saw Barcia making his mark in the 450 class before the season even got underway. Remember, he was called up to the "bigs" during nationals in 2011 and did quite well. Plus, he was absolutely killing it at MEC.
Barring an alien abduction, Tomac is going to win the lights hands down. The only guy mounting a charge right now is K-Roc. He'll be close, but not close enough. He's just not as strong as Tomac.
Very pleased with newcomer, Joey Savatgy, and his performance in the first heat. He gave the rock stars a real run. Will he be consistent? Dunno, but it's always good to see the new kids shine.
The craziest thing of the night [to me] was Davalos' crash. He literally looked like a rag-doll being thrown. Glad he got up though. Funny how a Mitch Peyton bike can make anybody more competitive.
So, who is everybody pulling for? In our house (w/the exception of the Mrs who loooooves Tomac and K-Dub), We're pulling for ZO338, TC41 and ANYBODY from the Temecula, Murrieta and Menifee Valleys.
