  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Reduced clutch pull on TE310?

Well Coffey if it works who cares what it looks like. I have a spare one and feeling like a bit of workshop therapy so will give it a go.
Cheers.

Magura Clutch Master Cylinder 9.0mm (part Nr 23-012)? https://www.enduroeng.com/ProductDetail.jsp?LISTID=800001E0-1177528269
can you ask Alan of enduro engineering?
and anyone know what is diametr of original magura master cylinder on our husky?

I pulled the two spirngs on my 2006 TE250. I just did an 80 mile enduro a couple of weeks ago with no issues at all, even with a 13 dront sprcket instead of my normal 12, and I am pushing 275 buck neked, let alone the tonange with all my gear on.

Hey Coffee, how much angle change to your lever did you do. I ask this as I am about 250 pounds and figure 6 springs is probably best at my weight and your solution may be best for me.

actually i've put smaller Clutch Master Cylinder which is 9.0mm (original is 9.5)
and what are DIFFERENCE now!!
clutch now is like was on my trials gasgas.
thank you Alan at enduro engineering!

I pulled 2 springs out of my 310 at the start of the season, and the pull is definitely lighter, but the downside is my clutch is worn out sooner than I expected. I need plates pretty bad and I dont think I am that hard on a clutch.

I am not mad about and I may even pull 2 springs out of my 2010 if it is too stiff, but my experience is that you will wear out your plates sooner.

I PUT MINE BACK IN AFTER ONE RIDE.. SLIPPED LIKE HELL WHEN I GAVE IT THE BOOT ! so not so good on the bigger hp te510 !
