  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Pro Class
hey guys & gals just wondering if someone can give me the bearing sizes/details for rear wheel of wr125(2013). be same as 250/310 I spose & maybe the 450/510 449/511. need to order/buy tomorrow for an event on sunday & haven't had time to take wheel off to physically check. also do you normally replace the seals & are these generally available at bearing shops? if not ill just reuse the old seals for this weekend. I realise you can get full kits with whole lot but may not have time with postage & doubt bike shop will have them. thanks heaps

You can take the wheel apart and take the bearings and seals to a local bearing house and get replacements over the counter in most cases.

I don't think there's 3, but I don't know for sure. I just had one out to clean it up, and wrote the number down.

cheers gots a sol are the 2 seals the same 30-4711? I have the same shitty all balls kit as what you have there but for some reason can only find one seal. worst case ill reuse an old seal I guess. never buying em again but gotta use em up so will buy a quality 63005 & the all balls 6005s

Both seals are the same.

I have not had an issue with these bearings, but I repack them with a good waterproof grease before installing them.

^yeh me too but they seem to fail earlier than the jap brands. may just be time of year/ride conditions that has coincided with their premature demise?! btw the seals aren't 30-4711(30mm id, 47mm od 11mm thick) as written on the bag theyre actually 32x47x7 fyi. thanks for the info mate, much appreciated
