• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

OK in a time of uncertainty. Can we all make it a point to get out and RIDE!!

Ok OK. SOOOOOOOO Much drama everywhere****************************************************************************************************************************************************************!!! On a positive note the snow is melting!!! This tune may be a little edgy for some but one thing is for certain. Makes you want to rail some tight gnarly singletrack wherever your from****************************************! I urge you to get out and relieve some of this!!!
Where you gonna ride****************************************!???????

No problem. I have two Italian Husqvarnas and have been riding them all along. The only drama down here is tick season, and the fact that tomorrow is the end of red sticker season so the WR will have to be shelved for the next 5 months.:(

It's not the entire state, but I have to drive 260 miles to the nearest year round zone....certainly not ideal for a day trip.

My last few weekends .... Best to just allow the world to rotate on its own and just let it all happen and enjoy the show ... I see no end to the BS of the world or my days riding\racing my Huskies each day\weekend...

I rode last week and tor her all up. Now its time to re align my radiators, Buy a new headder, Replace my left top fork leg, Hand guards and grips. Just another 150 mile rock hoppin wall climbing bush wackin weekend.

2012 TE 310. Anybody switch to the 12 port injector and ecu. Is it worth doing?

Do it ! You will, depending on exhaust, really be able to crank up the fuelling and make it fly !

That looks awesome!!! Now it may flurry and or rain this weekend!!! Yuck. need to ride!!
Have you thought about a winter trip to somewhere you could ride? As you stated riding is a good thing, and maybe take a ride break planned for next winter?

Been a bit tough. My old farmstead unlivable. Sold our rental property and our house! Living above a Garage in a rental with attic style truss's**************************************** Working 7 days a week on our new house and for some reason having a hard time convincing my wife that I really need to run to Moab and Grand Junction just to burn off some stress!!! On a good note. Should be in house I hope by June 1st. I'm hanging drywall right now. So getting closer!! I heard Hunterville opening is delayed a week, but will break in my bike this weekend one way or another!!!Soon very soon!!

I've ridden three days a week since mid February up Here in bc. Once a week up to the snow line to see how far I can make it. 2011 wr300 So far indestructable. Race head and tubliss front and rear. I keep swapping bikes with my buddies and those ktms don't handle So good. I try not to brag about how awesome my husky is but I can't help it. I feel like this bike is going to make the 30000 km mark before it needs a rebuild and when it does its going to be So cheap. Just can't figure out why four strokes are So popular. I make a lot of extra cash off my buddies fixing there bikes and I've always had two strokes and never miss a ride with a mechanical.
