• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

News On Husky 50/65 !

I don't know about the rest of the world, but the US has a very heavy turn out for the 50/65 class..at least here in Florida/Southeast area.It would be a good move on their part to bring in the bikes to the US market. When I was a Husky dealer,my Minis out sold the big bikes by at least 3 to 1.....especially at this time of year.
All my son's are grown up,but that's not going to stop me from getting 1 or 2(that's if they bring the SM 50 out) for some fun/pitbike use:D
:ride: Guscycle

Wow, so they do have plans on doing the 65cc. A few months back I seen a rumor on the net coming from someone in Australia about the 65cc and a 85cc.

Very nice but we are done with 50's and 65's..I need 85's now.

I had to buy 2 Kawasaki's this year.

Well I have one grandson ready for the 50, another ready for the 65, and one that will need a 50 in 5 years so bring them on Husky! Oh... don't stop there you need to make a 85/105 please. And bring back our 125 CR's please!!!
