• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Today we did a 60 mile kind of extreme enduro well into the second half I simply lost balance and fell into a deep washout ravine.......guess who followed me in with all her weight into my upper right side rib cage from the left handlebar end......fricken does not feel well right now..... I guess she knew I was dumping her for a younger woman and gave the punch in the ribs. Next week is reserved to get all my stuff onto the TX300 and getting the 2014 TE300 to market

Tell me about it I broke my ribs four times. Either I have no sense or no fear but it freaking hurts. It's been a year and a half since my last fall. It's still sore. I went for a katscan and were does she push the probe? Right on my broken ribs. I came off the table horizontally. My kid laughs at me and says I should wear the full riding gear all the time. Lol

So a little primer on the signage - Extremo means more difficult & Hello Kitty means a lil bit easier. So for all u Machos don't stress about taking a Hello Kitty bc it's still tuff and an Extremo means u are willing to risk life & limb. Don't worry if u don't take an Extremo bc the 4 bridges are Extremo!

Ribs ouch. Broke my ribs four times, twice in one year. You can spot me know I have the biggest chest protector they make.
I even fell off the tractor trying to free a frozen clutch disc. I fell then the front wheel ran me over in reverse as she was going in a circle I was lined up with the rear wheel this time. I rolled out of the way. Ribs? I feel your pain.
