    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

hello everybody, I have a 12' TXC 310 I purchased new in April,(now sept) Ive already replaced the starter/ring gear,Battery,temp sensor. I was out on the bike a few weeks back and was running perfectly for 45 min. I shut the bike off for 30 seconds,went to restart and it wouldn't fire. turned over as if battery was good. fired with just a small pop every 4 or 5 rotations. brought it home and started messing with it. fuel filter was dirty. went ahead and installed new cacycleworks fuel pump and new filter. all back together, replaced temp sensor again, nothing. I got fuel,fuel pressure,spark, good battery. wont fire with a shot of either thru the throttle body when turning over. havent replaced injector or TPS yep. but the either shot disproves the injector. Valves are in check,I don't have Ibeat and my local dealer went out of buisness. im on my own. thanks in advance, Bill
 
Is the off road park still open in Chattsworth? (sp?). I loved that place! Trails were great as well as the tracks. Also, wasn't a bad price.

I hope you get that bike sorted. I've had my 250 about 9 months now and have been thrilled with everything about it.

Same as me and others.

Get some Locite 609 and some valve lapping coupound and some Prussian Blue to check fit. Lap it a touch, put some 609 on the clean flywheel taper and tighten it to spec plus a smidge.

Is the flywheel taper scorred from the key? Did you get the old key out?

I have the stuff if you need to borrow it.
