• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

So awhile back Gary installed the 310 kit on my '08 TE250 :applause: Man I thought that I liked riding before. I enjoyed my '82 XT 550 it allowed me to discover a whole new world and my passion for off road riding, then my '07 DR-Z 400S took me to new heights, but then came along my '08 TE250 and I thought to myself NOW this is riding  add a 310 kit and a stud of a mechanic and you have FUN beyond belief. On the first ride with the 310 kit Gary took it for a spin out on the trails and watching him ride it all I could think about was "Get off my bike, give it back, its MINE I want to RIDE" The faster I go the better it handles

Too short a report we want more info and photos and videos and more info and photos and videos. Glad your happy new get to work on your reports.

Guess I did it right. The new 310 (thx 2 Motosportz) fired right up on the first try. Thank goodness for having iBeat (thx 2 Semco). The 310 ecu seamed lean out of the box with the co's all at 100. I pumped up the jam a few times (co settings :p) and last ride all 3 were at 110 on California 91 pump gas. The thing lifts the front wheel with just a twist, no clutch, with me on it even.

Now I want a TE 630 and a TE 310. :bonk:

Yep 630 is my next bike for some overnight stuff and the mighty 310 for day blats.
Glad the beast is going well. I think you will find your fuel range is diminished with the 110 settings. Did you try just 110 on the equivalent pilot jet setting and the others at 100?
