• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Thought I would put this in my forum so as not to pollute the good posts :>) I have tons of friends whom send me all sorts of links and crap. Lots of it is interesting. Some of it seems worth posting but not sure where so I am starting this thread. Feel free to derail it all you want and post your own crap too (as I can delete whatever i like in my forum he he he)

So lets get started...

Uh wow, mad skilz to wheelie a 4 cylinder street bike with spikes out of a corner like a MX bike

I love that triple.
I had a Kawi 350 triple (just the engine) 72 I think in a box, never knew what to do with it...sold I gave it away.:banghead:
But that does look GOOD.
That 750 is a work of art.
Thx Kelly.

Looking for more triples and saw this...16 triples...sort of.:D

Who needs water-cooled anyways? I originally thought with a tank that big, he must have quite the range, then I remembered it is a 48 cyl... Prolly goes around the block twice before It needs refueled.

You act like it could actually be ridden at all :>) I bet with the 6 carbs and no expansion cambers it makes about 24hp. I tangled mess of 48 expansion chambers would be the icing on the cake.

I bet you thought that no one would pick up on that bit of subliminal advertising on the Yamaha in the background. I have a sharp eye.

Hilarious, did not even see that.

I saw this a while back and not sure if it is old news to you guys, but... I don't really care anyway because I could look at this over and over and over...
