• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Just ordered my first WHT Husky TE300 part.

The Welshman has a well used KTM300 sharkfin brake hub assy as well. Will need to drill for the new larger dia axle, bead blast the orange disease off it and get in on the hydro press to straighten out the fin.

Do yourself a favor and cancel the E-Line order and get a P3. E-Line is Chinese junk now, P3 is a quality US made piece. P3's new owners have all the supply problems in the past solved and no more long waits. Your production bike, will probably come with US spec Dunlop MX51's and the thinnest tubes on earth!

I have a half beat scorpion pro FIM 140/80 meat that I will rather have on my bike than an MX51 track tire.
If it comes with MX51s my moto friends will have a new set of MX51s at a nice discount rate.

Robert I will take those MX 51 best all around tire I have ever used That is what was on my bike when you rode it My son perfered a used 51 over a new GTX gummy at King of the moto I love the 51 with a moose let me know John

I must have missed a previous thread...
Robert, did you order up a 2014 TE300? I hope so, I've been leaning that way and also like to see what mods you make.

Im so wishy washy....my long time dealer called me and we had a long discussion...he made me an offer I could not refuse.....if not my money was on the 300RR, good news another one of crew is buying the 300RR so it stays in the local family so we can all swap out machines at will.

Nice! Good choice RN you beta not stop flying the Husky flag. I love the MX51 rear, front is OK. I pair the MX51 rear with the MX31 front and it's prrrrrfect.
