On the left side of the cart is a 2002 CR250 "basketcase" I picked up a few months ago for a song. Picked up some 45mm zokes from a member here and just waiting to start putting it together. It's complete minus some plastics, nuts/bolts, and some seals/bearings on the rear linkage. Should be fun to rip around on when its done.
On the right is a 2004 CR125 non-roller I picked up for nothing. It's complete minus wheels, forks, engine, and various nuts/bolts/bearings/seals. Gonna start stripping it down, paint the frame, inspect everything, then start putting it together. The engine from my '99 WR125 will be making its way into this bike when the 177 gets done. I'll be taking the 45mm zokes from my WR125 and doing an RM 49mm Showa conversion on that (you can see the forks in the left side).

Mockup Triple for the 49mm Showa conversion. Machined some sleeves out of delrin and cut slits in them to simulate what the triple clamps do. Top sleeve is 54x49x35 and the bottom sleeve is 58x49x40. If they don't hold properly or slip in the clamps, I've got some 2.5" x .500" wall 6061-T6 I can machine to make new ones. Going to use the complete RM front stuff since all that stuff is readily available and cheap.

And the other bikes. WR360 (with WR250 engine) on the right & finally finished the SM conversion w/ Warp9 wheels. Built a batteryless lighting kit for it as well with all the lights running DC by floating the ground. '99 WR125 on the right sporting 00-04 bodywork. Both are plated.
