• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Ibeat 2 settings on a TE450

Droolsport

Husqvarna
A Class
Just got the Ibeat2 hooked up and played with it a bit. Definately high on the cool factor! Set my TPS then put my CO1 and CO2 to 105% and CO3 at 100%. Next up is a test ride. What are people running for thier CO settings on the 450?

Odd that it says my hours are only 25 and my external hourmeter shows 46.

I was wondering about the hours also. Mine says only 14 and I know I've ridden it way more than that. I am wondering if it loses that data when the battery is disconnected?

The hour meter runs the second that the key is on. The ECU tracks hours only when the engine is running.

When you "set" your TPS - what did you set it to?

100.2% at WFO (warm engine) ?

MAT

I just hit the set button on the TPS screen to get the actual reading to match the set reading. I think it was like 946 or something. The motor was warm when I made the changes.

I tried Co1 105 CO2 105 and CO3 100 but didnt like the off idle stumble, midrange was better for sure. Next tried CO1 100 CO2 110 and CO3 100 and stumble was gone and big increase in mid power. To much power for tight, low traction conditions IMO. I am going to back it down to CO2 105 for now. Might try CO3 105 for those times I want to make a pass lol.
