• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

How about the real Ferrari of motorcycles...

Why would you cover up such a beautiful engine with melted ice cream looking bodywork? Looks like it must have hydrolic drive.

I dig the Buell-like rotors, and the motor is a steaming chunk of sexiness, but yeah, the bodywork has got to go...

The front suspension works how? Maybe the pics just don't show it well, but there appears to be none.

Can't quite put my finger on it, but the front fender\headlight cowl reminds me of a character from Beatle Juice

I was thinking that it looked like something out of "Who framed Roger Rabbit" but on second thought I think Ruffus nailed it.

yep..Looks like the spy VS. spy guy to me ...

Wow just love that motor. You would have to have it exposed to show off wouldn't you?

as a naked bike, it would work...otherwise it looks like an Arlen Ness monstrosity.....

You mean Arlen Mess:lol: What a shame to hide that motor under body work that DC comics must have dreamed up.

It looks to me like the suspension might be happening at/in the frame...about 10 inches behind the steering stem...and all down the front part of the mainframe ...there is some wierd stuff going on ....I cant help but think that's where suspension of some sort is happening...

I don't think I would want to feel all of the road vibrations and impacts through the handlebars. Definitely get rid of the bodywork around that engine!

actually...the more I look at it ... there's no front susp I dont think... or rear susp... I think this is nothing but a design concept...and they left blanks for the front forks rear swingarm and drive line (unless, it's ALL hidden in the oval bodywork in those places ) I agree with most of you ... not the best bodywork
