• Hi everyone,

    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

    Thanks for your patience and support!

Give this guy a Husky.

Yep.....the jump took some serious brass, but the ride back off was just plain crazy.:eek:

That's awesome. His stunt blows Robbie Knievils Mirage volcano jump (the same night) to smithereens. I caught Knievils jump on TV and couldn't believe what a lame production it was.
:thumbsup: Madison.

Is he Australian? Is it something in the water over there that makes them talented?

I think they pronounce it "beer" over there. I think its helps grow huge brass ones.

The Aussies are a different breed, or maybe their problem is that there breed is not different enough. :excuseme: J/K

A little story for ya;
Missus Wetdog and I tied the knot on a beach in Au and while we were on a small bus north on Cairn's the buses stereo crapped out. The driver got on the PA and proceeded with stories of all the nasty's in Au. The box jellyfish that is the most venomeous thing on earth, 10 out of 15 of the most deadly snakes are in Au, giant man eating croc's, cassawary birds that are aggressive and attack, poisonous plants that inject microscopic needles that stick with your for a year creating an awful itch/burn, spiders that............. Basically he scared the crap out of everyone on the bus. He then goes around the bus asking people where they are from, when I say Canada the guy almost has a bird, "Canada, you've got bears there" The fear in his voice was hillarious.

He's ozzie alright. Water??? is that something used in the process of creating beer? I'm led to believe maddison grew up some 35klm south of Maryborough, in a place called Tiaro. big place, about 200 population..lol. His folks have a spread of ground which has been turned into Jumps. Some Huge ramps there. Either way...I reckon if i fell from hieght l;ike that..I'd be dead before i hit the ramp!! As for going up in the first place..I reckon I'd freeze up..somewhere around home..before i got out of bed!. ..he's definatelty not well....
