• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

everybody want to win Springfield because most of the Pro Expert riders and their Sponsors are There watching,You realy have to focus and be consistant or You're out! Your first impression is Your only one!,top 2 in each heat only will make it to final 2nd will only take You on the 2nd row and this is real handicap at Springfield Dalton said.

what a weekend at Springfield, the Friday night shorttrack brought some of the fastest amateur racers in the country, but first thing first!..:
I have to thanks the I.M.D.A.(illinois motorcycle dealers association)A.M.A.Racing and promotor Steve Nace www.stevenaceracing.com
to provide such a nice venue for amateur racing the night before the Pro Expert shorttrack Saturday and the famous Springfield mile Sunday.
Dalton sign up in the 250 am. with 5 heat race where You got to finish top 2 or win one of the two semi or last chance qualifier
also the promoter let Him sign up in the 250 open (should be 14y.of age)most are 450s and You got to win Your heat to enter the Main,
after looking very fast in practices,Dalton was up in the third race of the night in the open class and was second of the start behind a
450 CRF Dalton closing on Him at every lap by the last back straightaway I hear the annoncer say: knowing Gauthier He will attempt something!
and yes He did shovel His lil Husky on the inside with so little room..playing hard without being dirty it's His game after getting out of shape
and His bike stalled for a second He kind of bumpstarted and made it to the finish line for third but only first was good enough.
the next race was the 250 am.,it should been an easier race but after the start He was third and it stay that way and so tight till
They crossed the finish line 3 wide..then not good enough to transfer:excuseme:.
now the last chance qualifier...sitting beside district point leader Kole King on a KTM,win or GO HOME!
Dalton with the holeshot Dodging out! put the Husky in the Main event:popcorn:
Now in the Main outside on the 2nd row passing back and forth end up 8th,it was very good races,
the Husky prove to be a very competitive motorcycle ,the annoncer did mention it quite few times "so sweet to My ears"

the TC 250 was trouble free all season long it's a great motorcycle that can take it.
next race September 10th & 11th for the Michigan state Championships @ Lucky Thumbs M.C.
