• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

enduro360 TC449 stuff

noticed the outboard oil cooler fitting was leaking through to the front and at the rear of the radiator. Our dust out here give great indicators.
This alone could cause endemically slow steering...............just joking.

wow ... Letting Ty have the bike is the best thing they could do now .... Maybe he should have been on board sooner ...

It also now looks like Husky will welcome Revelle Harrison on board to take over the top sales position in the US. Revelle has long been a key figure at KTM North America. I think it came as a shock to most everyone that he is jumping to Husky. But this is just another sign of the tough times in industry. He will join former KTM alum Jeff Konike on the sales team.

Small world ain't it :)

Pretty sure HSQ NA is going to be based out of SoCal in the near future out of a BMW corporate location perhaps around Ontario is the word in the back alley

makes sense. Like it or not Cali is the hub for all things motorcycle.

I think that just happened as the Japanese machine onslaught came ashore, with the 4 season available ride weather of SoCal also playing a part as well.
However I do like the JGR (and others) bucking of the SoCal trend for MX teams with their super professional organization in the SE region, good for secret testing away from all the spies eyes.
But again its fun for us to show up at any number of local mx tracks/riding areas and see world class riders and testers blasting around.

Not only would the Ontario location be dirt bike centric, the property also has some extra acreage is my understanding to actually perhaps maybe ride a dirtbike if I'm not mistaken.
