    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

I need to do some testing.

I need a couple of vimeo videos that I know for sure are from a free account (not the $60/year hd account).

Any help would be appreciated. :)
 
That video helped. :)

Anyone have a few more? Specifically hoping for standard (non-hd) videos. It appears that some wind up being HD even on the free accounts.

Yeah, that one is HD. You can upload 1 HD video per week on the free account. If you don't get any other takers, I have plenty of non-HD vids I can upload to test.
 
I signed up for my own account, but need some other standard vids to confirm/compare. My understanding is that there are only 2 types of formats - standard and HD.

As opposed to smugmugs almost limitless number of options.... which are not supported anywhere on other forums...

Ive got some fairly complex requirements regarding video. Suffice it to say I need crystal clear quality on multiple forums.

vimeo, smugmug, and youtube all seem to have their pluses and minuses.... and honestly since we are paying for smugmug already I'm tempted to stick with that if possible.

It looks like best case is to do a video as good as I can make it, then wait another 6 days (I signed up yesterday) then upload it - and it should be in HD.

I am trying to do some 'how to' videos regarding how to use forum software and other things like that... and that is why they need to be clear.
