• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Bud Racing Triple Clamps (pics)

I ordered some Bud Racing Triple Clamps for my TC250R.

I had a good wreck awhile back and it twisted my stock clamps. I couldn't get them straight for nothing. After I tightened them down the wheel would go to the right.

I ordered 22.5 mm offset and hoping it helps with my front end push a lil.

Also the top clamp is notched and the bar clamps are offset so bar settings you have an endless selection. Only down fall is they are solid mounted now instead of the rubber.

But here are the pics.

The weather kind of sucks here. but once it warms up I'll get a ride report and better pics ;)

They look fricking awesome buddy, cant be arsed to google but whats the damage on a set of those and are they available in blak?

They were sold out of black.

But they offer black, Brown and red

Either 25mm or 22.5 mm offset.

Price wasn't bad at all!!!

$375 shipped to my door for full set. And $25 for All Balls Bearings on eBay.

BRP was $275 just for top clamp.

It's budracing-usa.com I believe.

I'm thinking about ordering a set of these ( I also twisted mine ) and had a few questions.

1. How have they held up?
2. Does the stock husky fender fit without modification?
3. How did you find the 22.5 offset?
4. Do you happen to know the offset of the stock oem clamps?

Thanks!
