Anyone riding an SMR511 or 499 have trouble brake sliding or backing the bike in to a corner on pavement?
I know how to do this, been doing it for several years on a WR250X and an SXV550 but for the life of me can't get my new 511 SMR to do the same thing.
It almost feels as though there is a slipper clutch in the rear hub. No matter how much rear brake I use, the back tire doesn't want to slide and just stays in line under braking. Now thats not a hugely bad thing but backing a sumo into a corner is just so much fun, I wanna be able to do it on this bike.
The one thing I have noticed is a lack of feel and power in the rear brake. I wouldn't have expected that from the setup that Husky has bolted to this bike.
