Hi All,
Have te511 which I love. Have had the radiators braced (welded struts) but at the weekend had an awkward crash and bent the lugs (screw holes) that hold the bodywork to the radiator. Can anyone tell me best way to bend these back? I know I can use force, clamp / vice etc but should you use heat as it is aluminium? Any help appreciated as I dont want to fatigue the metal.
Have now bought radiator guards as this is the 2nd time I have done this - once on LHS and now on RHS.
What a great bike, I blast thought fire roads on this, singletrack and even take it on the mellower moto x tracks, then ride it home. Perfect dual sport.
Cheers
Mike
