    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Hello All,

Bill’s Motorcycles Plus and the Applegate Rough Riders Motorcycle Club would like to invite you to a BBQ. We would like you to get to know the club to see what we are about and Bill would like to see you in the shop and there might be a few surprises for you as well.

Special Event: Daryl of Suspension by Design will be there to give a two demonstration on how to set your suspension up at 1:00pm and 3:00pm. He will answer other questions you might have as well.

you can't blame him, thats where 90% of the suspension work seems to be. Lots of them and they need it. Although the last few years they really seem to have got it right. They get the PDS working GREAT and then switch to linkage.
 
Cool deal Bill.. Wish i could make it. Ive talked to Daryl before, he has mentioned some things about sachs shocks. Seems like a real nice guy.
 
I will have to talk to the boss and see if I can make the trek down! Maybe if Albany is running Sunday we could show up as a Badass husky gang
 
The Applegate guys are looking forward to meeting some of you Cafe Huskyvarnians at the BBQ. This Saturday in the BMP parking lot, Noon till the food runs out..and we have some big eaters so dont be late :-)
