• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

ASV Part #'s for SMR510

Ryan T.

Husqvarna
B Class
So after talking to Arvin at ASV, we got some part #'s nailed down. Will be ordering them shortly and will report back to let you know if they fit or not. Looks like the clutch lever comes in a shorty but have not found the right lever for the brake in a shorty.

ASV Clutch for Magura - CHF32-S
ASV Brake for Brembo - BHF32

Got the levers in over the weekend and the clutch lever went on flawlessly, although it has changed my engagement by about 3/8" of an inch further out. The brake lever, not so much. Looks like for it to work, I will have to dremel part of the Brembo housing for the lever to swivel and compress. Anyone else run into this issue at all? I have searched and did not find anything.

I dont remember had to some grind ASV brake lever to fit in there, at the point will be attached to...
the image is only an example I mean a red circle around the area, where I had to grind a little that

But when my clutch piston thing was worn is some how bad. I have to buy a whole new that clutch cylinder....
I am not sure whether it was causing the ASV lever or something, bad position, move position of that lever, not sure. Now days stock clutch lever and in brake lever is ASV, but some day they will going to chaince

Just spoke with ASV and they are swapping my lever out for the one that they say will work without modification. Will let ya know.

DVSKO, the BRF355 did not work for me without modifying the cylinder that holds the shaft of the master cylinder in with. I wish I had a picture. The BHF-32 did not fit at all, would've taken a machine shop to make it fit.

I found my lever packages. Here is some number
Clutch CLH02-SK C5 series clutch lever only, short version, this is also black
Brake BRC555-SK C5 sport series, brake shorty, black.
Those will fit in 2010 model, but cannot remember if there needed some little modes to do
