Husqvarna
A Class
We are only 3mths away from the time most companies release the new models. Any news on what Husky will be offering ?
As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.
When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.
Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.
Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.
Thanks for your patience and support!
Really have to doubt this, but would be thrilled if it's true. What I've heard......
200 2T......Europe only. Apparently the people in California don't want it so it's not being imported. If this is true I have friends in Italy that will get me one.
Got the info from a dealer. Just sent an email out to my Italian connection to find out the truth.Really have to doubt this, but would be thrilled if it's true.
What exactly is it?Yeah... really...What a completely USELESS POS! Who's going to buy this abortion... Steve McQueen? He died in 1980.
No one is exactly sure. It looks like it's trying to be a bad BMW motor stuffed into a bad retro-wannabe frame surrounded by bad gothic retro plastic. All put together... it looks like something BMW found in the ruins of Frankenstein's castle, blew the dust off of it, and slapped some Husqvarna stickers on! But hey, that's just my opinion. <BARF>What exactly is it?
Proof again that beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder. I'd buy TWO Scramblers just to make 150% certain that there was absolutely NO room in my garage for that BM-Husky-W abortion. That's hands down cooler than the Triumph Scrambler. If the price was right I'd get one, I wouldn't take it on single track... Then again, I probably would.
Yeah, I'd like to see it.An aussie mag (Trailzone) has also hinted of a mid cc Husky adventure bike. I can scan and post if anyone is interested.
Yeah, I'd like to see it.
