• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

7602 rad braces are awesome!

HuskyMax

Husqvarna
AA Class
Just finished trimming the plastic guards and fitting the brake tip I ordered too. Braces fit great, fan mounted right up, couldn't be happier. I really liked his braces on my 07 510 and wanted to have the same peace of mind with the new bike, plus I like the way Clay does business, he didn't have the shirt or coolie in stock and refunded the money right away. I've had some bad luck with other purchases lately with dishonest companies ( none were bike related) and 7602 was a breath of fresh air. Definately buy from him again.

I can tomorrow. Just got home. Be forewarned, they're orange!!
Got a 450xcf and needed a fan and braces, but I didn't want the trailtech unit, so I bought the fan from eBay and a relay and welded a bung in the radiator for the temp switch. Works good so far.

Thank you for taking the time to post up your thoughts about our braces. It along with your business is much appreciated. Sorry we didn't have the shirt and coozie you wanted, we'll ship them out when we do have them in stock again. Been a very busy summer and those items got overlooked. Hope you are enjoying that 450XC-f!

I like the 450, but really wish I had the fe350 now. Didn't think it would have the power to pull my lard butt around but my buddies modded kx250f is fun to ride when I'm tired!
No worries about the other stuff. Let me know when it comes in, cause I'd like to buy some tires also. Thinking about the st's. Have you tried them? What's your favorite?

I had the same experience with 7602!! Great braces, good installation instructions, and the fit was perfect on my TE449. I would recommend them to anyone, and will be buying more from them. So nice to actually get what you order!!
