• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

2015 North West Husky Gathering

Everyone that went home early missed a great Satuday night drawing for goodies from Husqvrna ,EVES and us the big crowd pleaser giveaway for the night was the last drawing for a giant Husqvarna OGIO gear bag and guess what Mr Coffee himself won it and could just carefully fit in the Miata for his trip home. The funny thing he was on his way back to the motel until Bryon bribed him with food and drink and then Ben brought out the deep fried turkey and taters so he hung out and waited for the drawing.12189748_1209018512445366_1816902080828923801_n.jpg

Just curious, was riding my bright green zx 10 on I-5 on Friday going thru redding ca, and passed a silver/tan ish 03 ish chevy towing a open trailer with a rhino side by side and a 2011?? Decked out husky red head 449 or 511. Figured someone was heading home from the event. The husky caught my eye immediately....looked very well loved. Anyone on here?

Darrell and I loaded up Friday and left the shop at noon, with his bike, my bike, and another shop bike in the Ether Bunny :)

This is the price you pay for being the first to fall into the fire. Somebody said something about "Who has a bag of pink balloons at the ready?!?" Well...You just never know when you might need some pink balloons.

It wouldn't be the Northwest Gathering without a midnight trials exhibition

We tried for a "last day of camp" photo Sunday morning...But we're missing about 20 bikes that had come and gone.
