  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

2014 TE310r bogging

Husqvarna
B Class
So just bought a 14 te310r I have 278 miles on it, did the so call break in, but it bogs out bad when over 55mph in 6-5 gear, haven't done nothing to it. Any ideas what to do. Sorry if this has been posted before new to this form

Sounds like stock map. If you feel like it, have a dealer flash the ecu to the open/leo vince or send to Zip Ty. With a swap of the air filter cage to the open version (comes w/the TXC), removal of the perforated restriction in the velocity stack and removal of the cat, you will have your top end and better tune.

Spot on what he mentioned above. The bikes come restricted to pass the emissions BS and run very lean. It's pretty easy to uncork the bike and get it sorted out nicely. Do a search on this site and do some reading and you will be all set. Welcome aboard too:cheers:

Also, stock silencer contains a weld-in steel baffle in the middle of the tube. Once removed, the exhaust will perform nearly identical to an aftermarket silencer.

Also see if the throttle limiter plate is in there which wont allow the rpms to go above about 9500 RPMs.

Do the new red heads have those installed? Also, do you have a photo of the limiter on a 2012? I never looked to see if mine has one or not.
