  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

does anyone know the correct jetting for 2012 wr 125 uk model. its got bit of a flat spot between bottom and midrange. its currently running on 450 main jet 45 pilot and the needles on the third slot down. any help would b brill

You need to adjust the powervalve and install a richer Suzuki needle. Order a Mikuni TMXX needle (6CHY16 - 62) find a 5.0 slide.

Wanting jetting input for '12 WR150:

Just about got it dialed but still getting lots of splooge from pipe.

Running Maxima Super M @ 40:1 on pump 91.
Elev. 1500-2500'
Temp. 50-75
5.0 Slide
32 pilot
2.5 A/S
460 Main
6CHY16 - 62 Needle #3 position

Pic of plug after last ride below. Jetting feels pretty tight except still a little blubbering on very bottom (slight), but like I said lots of pipe splooge. I'm hesitant to go much leaner. How does the plud to you all? Do I just have to live with the splooge because of Turbinecore II?

spooge has little to do with jetting, more about how you are riding. Plug looks good , could go to a 27.5 to a 30 pj based on your a.s. at 2.5 turns

I've found that what ever pilot size results in the air screw being about 1 1/4 turns out is the best, so like TROFFER88 says try the 27.5

The plug looks a little rich but it might only be rich on one circuit and that's where it's getting the rich reading.
