2011 TE250 sprocket torque settings ?

Hey guys,

I am about to change my front and rear sprockets on the 250
Does anyone know what both torque settings should be ?

25.3 ft/lbs for the rear with loctite 243 and the front is 90 nm...not sure what that is in ft/lbs.
