  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

125-200cc 2008 WR250 REAR MASTER CYLINDER REBUILD KIT

Looking if anybody knows of a rebuild kit, or if any one knows any cross references with ktm. I've searched around and can't seem to come up with anything. All help is greatly appreciated.

I got one from Halls for my 09 te250 im pretty sure there probably the same. But do not have the part number off hand.

I just purchased a new one from Halls it was not that much
BUT I also took the original one apart cleaned it and re tried it It has been working great now for 6 months and the new one is still sitting on the shelf

There is a another thread somewhere here that discusses this. You can get just the seals from KTM. Part number 54813064200.

I have been struggling with this same issue. Been having some rear brake issues. I ordered some Bellow seals for the rear master for the KTM and they work for the side the cases pressure to make the brake work but the ones to seal oil from the outside world are different and I have not found a source for those. the "kits" with everything from husky seem near impossible to get which is odd as many use the same one.

this might work but it is unclear what seals are included and if it is all the seals.

not the right one either. had one on the shelf and tried it. looks close but where the push rod sets into the "cup" on the bottom of the bellows it's smaller on the ktm kit. thanks for suggestion though
