  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

2007 TE 610 parts

Rockchucker22

Husqvarna
AA Class
Hi all! It’s been awhile hope everyone is doing well. I still have my 07 TE 610 and just rebuilt my carb looking to get back out again after a break for a couple of years due to medical issues. As I’m going through everything I’m finding I need to replace a few part but having a tough time finding parts.

Does anyone have a good online source for parts? I need a rear chain slider and front fork guards, rubber boot from the airbox to carb.

Thank you all for any help.

Tyson

This is the general 4 stroke forum for the 450s etc, there's a special forum for 610s/630s.

To answer your question, there's pt bike in Poland, halls in the states.
Carb boot I think is NLA, but you might get one from the Italian remake of the 630, I can't remember the name.

Chain sliders (as in the one next to the rear sprocket?) are around, that's an updated all plastic part.

Halls had the front one when I ordered one a year ago.

HTM in Italy makes a bunch of engine stuff, I got valves and guides from them. They make new Conrods and bearings.

Yeah the forum has changed a bit since I was last here.
Thank you for the info!

Still loving my 610, funny thing I was looking at getting a different bike when I realized how well the TE 610 fits my needs. I feel like that manufacturers have really neglected this class of bike.
