Husqvarna
AA Class
Ok - 30,000+ Kays on the 610 of mainly deep sandy whooped out Single Trail or 10 hrs of 1st gear Jungle trails and shes refusing to do anything even slightly related to starting.
Rear sub frame has cracked through, bars are bent beyond repair, plastics are held together with zip ties, lights dont work, chain is about to snap it has that much slack in it, the seat foam is shot, the seat cover is ripped, the dash still works perfectly which is unfknbelievable!!!
Wiring completely stuffed, worn through about 30% of wires in several places, stator wont put out much power anymore, clutch plates are almost done, radiators bent to buggery, coil lead has about 4 rolls of electrical tape holding it together and most of the airbox bolts are seized in.
So I just ordered about $1500 worth of stuff from Jeff at Halls MC to bring this fantastic motorcycle back from the dead. (JEFF YOU ARE A LEGEND MATE!!!)
The engine was rebuilt about 15,000Klm ago due to an ugly water crossing incident that I dont want to talk about so is only just run in .
The suspension front and back has the full treatment and is amazing
Wheels have just been trued and new bearings installed
So now that I have a new WR300 as my new single track weapon, I am retiring the 610 to the wonderful world of ADV.
I will add plenty of before and after pix as I go so you can see the transformation.
