• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Well, we finally decided to jump on the 2 stroke bandwagon. Here are a few sneak pics of some products we will be introducing soon for the 2 stroke husky's. Just wanted to show some pics to those of you who have been bugging us to get off our rear end's and get some 2 stroke stuff built.

First is our radiator braces. These are the same concept as our 4 stroke braces with the removable, optional front guard. These have been updated and improved so they go on very quickly and easily. They will fit 125/150/250/300 CR/WR's.

Ignition cover and case saver. Will fit 250/300 2 strokes.

And for those who hate oil check bolts as much as I do. Windows are better. Clutch cover with oil sight glass. Will fit 250/300 Husky's.

Any 125/150 stuff like the covers coming? Same all the way back to 1999 so market would be big as 250 one. You would sell lots and have $$ to buy a new chain and lube for the photo shoot 250.

Looks good guys! You should sell some of those. I might try a sey of those guards. Without the grills in the front can you still use the stock louvers?

Sorry guys, no plans for 125 covers right now.

Yes, I'll try and snap a pic. You can still use the stock plastic louvers with the guard. With this one you can change back and forth from the plastic louvers to the guards in less than 5 minutes.

Can you use your front guards with Enduro Engineering Radiator Braces ?

With enough bailing wire and duct tape anything is possible.

Ours is a similar design, but we use 3 cross braces instead of 2, so it would only work if their braces aren't any farther apart than ours are.

My 09' 125 came with a sight glass. Will that cover not fit older motors?
I thought only the top end was different.

Nice looking stuff

Radiator braces and case savers will be first. Late April is really the earliest the clutch and ignition could be available. Cost isn't finalized yet, but will be lower than the 4 stroke counter parts.

Nice covers! Exactly what I was looking for. Your going to anodize them as well correct? Shift levers are desperatly needed for these bikes as well, the stock one is garbage! You should anodize the power valve cover for the hell of it :)

Case savers are already available. Radiator braces should be available very shortly. Like a week or so. Clutch and Ignition covers still no firm due date.
