  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

125-200cc 165 wb big bore kit letting a orange bleeder take it for a ride!!

He loved the bike, even though he,s only 120lbs and about 50lbs less than me,so the bike was way too stiff for him,I wanted him to show the WB165 due to i,m riding with a bum shoulder and can only give about 50% .I will put up more video of Mark chacing me from behind early next week as we are new with the Go Pro camera,The footage does no justice to how rouph and hilly the teraine is and we have had a lot of rain so the riding was top conditions, will have more video soon..

Just a great video..... That is some real good single track there... The bike and the rider looked like they were in a nice pace and the bike just went where he wanted it to go...

That was a good day of riding,if you could see how small the test pilot is you,d be shocked, under 120 lbs and around 5.3 tall. He,s great at bike set up and is always help,n me make my WB165 run good.If this bike was set up for him he would have been going much better,He runs a 2011 KTM 250xc thats lowered and sprung for him,Type one has also helped me with dialing in the bike due to our bikes are the same year .Still working on more video,as you can see the bike will lug or screem and you can hear that it doesn,t take much throttle to move the WB165.
