    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

09 stock graphics on an 08?

I have an 08 cr125 and the graphics are starting to peel.. I wanted to get a set of 09 graphics but I dont know if they will fit/where I can get them from? I dont have a dealer around me otherwise I would order thru them... any help is appreciated.
 
Will the 09 plastics fit the 2008 models? I was under the impression that the new radiator shouds for the new 2 and 4 strokes didn't fit the older 2008 bikes...

The guys at the shop keep teasing me if I buy a new 09 that I would have to run the red shrouds b/c the blue ones from the 06-08 bikes won't fit? I hate RED!!!

If I am wrong please correct me.

Only WR250 and WR300 plastics will match 08 thru 05 125 plastic.

09 and 08 TE/TC plastic fit the 09 WR125, but I'm not sure if the Black radiator shrouds are the same between the 09 125 and the 08/09 TE250, 310, 450 and 510.

New frame, new plastic and new frame plastic doesn't fit older style 2 stoke frame models!

I think you will find that whilst the 09 WR125 and the 08/09 4 stroke side number plates look very similar they are infact different items.

Sorry about that, you are correct the 4strokes have the pipe on the left and the 125 has it's pipe on the right!

The 08/09 4T graphics will work, I just put them on my 07 125. They fit like they were made for the older plastic.:thumbsup:
