Sup all, got a WXC 350 with a 410 bore and piston. It will not start cold. Kicked it 15 times, checked plug, no fuel at all on it. Starts right up warm. In order to get it started it needs starting fluid. I checked valves, and reset to .004 & .005 IN/EX. I’m at odds end with the carb, any suggestions where to start?

Enrichment plunger wasn’t opening the passageway due to too much slack in the cable. Starts ok cold now, running stupid rich though. Pilot jet is 55, Main is 170. Anyone know the stock jetting for a 410? It idles like garbage and lots of puffy black smoke with 1/4 blip of throttle. Needle is at the top notch.

Yup. Only thing that’s different is the cylinder sleeve and piston. The cylinder will have to be size matched to the piston (honed) and replated if you wish.
