   Im about to go thru my forks and i was wondering what i should use? On previous bikes Ive used atf. But do i need to use something special for the 45mm forks?
   And i weigh around 151 if that makes a diff.

   Try 7.5 weight, approx 120mm height...I prefer Maxima oil, known as "125/150' (aka 7.5 weight)...works very well!
