Got this with spare sprockets when I got the bike. Chinese translation on it says "igniter" but I assumed it was a speedo calibrator. That rubber plug pulls out and there is an adjustment screw there. Molex male/female with 4 plugs. It interrupts something. Also, I tried 14 ways from Sunday to get this to not upload upside down.
