    Hi guys

    I have an swm rs300 - equivalent to the te310 2010.

I had a bad sound coming from the engine and i started tearing it apart.

This is what i found. Can anyone of you Tell me what happened? There is some kind of metal on the rh side of the shaft, but i can’t figure out what it is.

Crankshaft bearing failure, what you see is likely the broken cage that seperates the balls in the bearing.

Yeah i guess your right. How much did you have to replace to get it going again.
Btw i have found an exploded diagram where there are 2 different meassures of the bearing.
Can you tell me the exact meassure?

It’s always best when the metal pieces stay where they are supposed to be.
