    No gasket on AC hva heads . The base gasket is the same size than 240/250.

    for the head you will want to lap it with fine valve grind lapping compound. apply a small amount to the top of the cylinder liner and set the head on. twist it back and forth by hand until you can see a line the whole way around the contact area. it dont take much to accomplish this. afterwards clean it all up and it will be good to go. actually kinda nice not having a gasket there.
