• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

[Video] Pine Barons (Husqvarna TE450, KTM 500 EXC)

I live right down the street. It's been packed there lately. There's some really good single track real close to that pit.

Not really. There's 2 spots people tend to overload. I park right off the road when I drive. I have plates on one bike and I have nothing to hide. I've seen cops but they've been ok. I always make sure to let anyone know I bring out what I bring in. I don't think they'll come in until someone gets hurt. And with all the quads and rzrs it's only a matter of time. Also watch out for these jeep clubs that come out, I've seen em at that pit, 15-20 of them completely destroy the loop that is set up there. We had landscaping tools out there for the track and somebody stole them. Shortly after trash everywhere and radial remains in the track. Fun pulling that outta your chain.

We ride from somebody's house so I'm not sure. I see trucks parked but I never know where we are at the time and how the trucks get there. I just follow everybody around.

yeah.. that sucks that when idiots destroy playgrounds like that.. my bike is plated.. so I do not worry about that. thanks!

That's why I won't ride in places that are packed with people. My bike is plated too, but I avoid crowded areas and stay in single track stuff.

Right around the corner from where video was shot. There's an easy way in and there's a nice run of single track inimage.jpg

If you get to rt72 and head east there's trails and fire roads all throughout. Chatsworth is fun but I've heard rangers can suck. I've yet to see them but they've dropped trees in middle of single track. One of my bikes is plated so I'm not sure if it helps with them. Used to be a off-road park years back but state decided we were having too much fun so they shut it down. No pine barrens are only good for passing by.

That article is another example of the ignorance in nj. Why not work with people who ride. It will only bring more money to the twp. They only want to benefit from the revenue of fines
