TXC 511 stock header with auto tune

Does the sensor for auto tune fit into stock header O2 sensor hole?

I found a cheap stock silencer for my bike but it currently has FMF mega bomb and Factory 4.1. Doesn't seem like the two are compatible so I was going to pick up a stock header. Almost lines up but not quite, as you can see from picture. I want to make sure the the auto tune will still work since I'm making a drastic change.

No, it's a different size.

The 310 used 12mm sensors. I had to weld on the 18 to my stock header for Autotune.

Thanks. Since I posted this (took a while for moderation) I'd already ordered and received the header and had someone weld on the larger bung. Made the mistake putting it in same location as old hole. It doesn't fit with Zip-Ty oil recirculation kit.
